Charming old and cool place, appetising food offered for made to order breakfast. The most important - stunning location near the mansions or cliff walk. Adjacent to the waterfront and all shops and restaurants and the center of town.

The breakfast featuring homemade marmalade and pancakes was plentiful and delicious, ensuring you'll find what you need. the room was beautifully decorated, generously sized, and located on the main level with an immaculate bed. the inn's setting is prime—conveniently close to the center, excellent restaurants, and a nearby casino.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and accomadating.

The innkeeper went out and bought yogurt just for me when I mentioned that was what I usually ate for breakfast

The location of the inn is fantastic, right in the heart of everything. the breakfast served was amazing, with delicious French toast, pancakes, and homemade marmalade.

The breakfast was a normal Continental Breakfast, quite tasty with fruit. The room was beautiful, the bathroom extremely interesting. The bed was very wide and comfortable, almost like a four-poster bed. The hotel owner and the rest of the staff took great care of the guests. The location is fantastic because you are in the middle of the city centre and yet very close to the Waterfront.

A small fridge in the room would have been good.

This place is in a great location, close to the mansions, cliff walk, restaurants, shopping, harbor.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Newport. The breakfast served was plentiful and incredible, everything you could wish for, with homemade marmalade, pancakes plus french toast. The staff members were friendly and excellent and suggested local places. The location was stunning, just a short stroll away from International Tennis Hall of Fame. And it was also short walk to waterfront.

Enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. the hotel has a charming rural feel, serves fantastic breakfast, and rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. the restaurant also offers good food. Overall, a great place to stay! 🌟

We liked the location, conventant to the warf. The staff was so very friendly, helping with direction, ALWAYS had a smile and helpful. room was nice, clean and quite. We loved the breakfast and Like that we could see several other B & B's

Room 101 was next to the check-in room. This meant people stood right outside our door and laughed and conversed throughout the evening. When they came in for the night, there was more hooting and hollering, as our room was about ten feet from the front door as well.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, had beautifully decorated rooms, and served amazing made-to-order breakfasts, including homemade marmalade and French toast, all in a fantastic location close to the sights.
